Book Here

On Saturday, September 7th, we’re turning our wine list over to someone who knows how to make it unforgettable. Hannah Williams, Head of Sales for Thatcher’s Wine & Imports, is bringing a curated selection from Thatcher’s portfolio—featuring bottles you won’t find on our list any other night. Expect rare gems, bold flavors, and wines with stories worth telling.

Meet Hannah Williams

Hannah leads East Coast Sales for Thatcher’s Imports & Thatcher’s Wine, blending her deep love of wine and hospitality with a talent for pairing exceptional bottles with equally exceptional places.

Her journey into wine began unexpectedly—on the University of Edinburgh’s competitive Blind Tasting Team—where a spark of curiosity turned into a full-blown passion. From Wine & Spirits Magazine to hospitality roles at La Sirena Ristorante and the acclaimed Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Hannah has spent her career curating thoughtful, award-winning wine programs. Her accolades include the International Sparkling Wine List of the Year from Star Wine Lists and Best New Sommelier from Wine & Spirits.

On September 7th, she’s bringing that same thoughtful approach to our tables for one night only.
